There was a guy I spoke with in one of the office hours comment section like a month or so ago that said Iβd never be famous off of my writing.
What did I do?
I didnβt sit around crying, asking God βWhy me?β
No.
I took a photo of his comment and saved it in an album of photos I have for when Iβm famous, so that I can look back and laugh when I make it.
It is pain that has taught me. Otherwise I would be content to be content.

Nature is our greatest teacher, I think. The natural world has answers. We live with the illusion that we're separate from it in this civilization. Makes it easy to see why everything is the way it is (partially, at least).
